We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. Content on Gamendar, including its software, design and the Gamendar name and logo, is © 2026 [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] unless otherwise noted. Users own the content they post, as described in our Terms.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on Gamendar infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. identification of the material you want removed and where it is (for example the group name, event or username), enough for us to find it;
  4. your name, address, phone number and email;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Designated agent: [AGENT NAME], [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP] · [email protected] · [PHONE]
Registered with the U.S. Copyright Office: [DMCA DESIGNATED AGENT REGISTRATION NUMBER].

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found), and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
